On July 24th and 25th, the Michelin chef Pieter Riedijk, chef at the 2-Michelin star restaurant Le Montgomerie in Courchevel 1850, will craft a menu that is inspired by the Rhône-Alpes region for guests at Sky 7 fine-dining restaurant of Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort.
The Dutch chef will present a menu of culinary excellence inspired by French gastronomy combined with natural and local products from Cyprus.
