Breakage Deposit
A security deposit of €300 is required with the holiday balance to cover any damage, breakages or excess use of the stated amount of electricity. The deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days of you departing the villa as long as there are no damages to the villa or its contents. This Damage deposit must be paid along with the outstanding balance within 30 days before arrival Please note that the breakage charge does not fully cover you for any improper and negligent behavior. If the cost of accidental damage exceeds the breakage deposit, a charge will apply on the spot. You are responsible for the full payment of any damage caused to the property.
Payment
When the Guests makes a booking request:
The non-refundable down payment of 30% of the final rental cost is required in order to secure your booking. This payment can be made via Bank Transfer, Card Payments or Digital Bank Transfer
The Guests must pay the remaining balance of 70%:
Up to 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event that the Guests fail to pay the remaining amount on between the time periods stipulated, the property chosen by the Guests (hereinafter the ''initial Guests'') will become available for other Guests without any further notifications sent to the initial Guests. We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and the cancellation charges set out below will be payable. At the time of bookings, the guest must be at least 18 years old.
Cancellation
To legally cancel your holiday booking, you must submit in writing either by email .The valid cancellation date will be that of receipt of notification. Please note that a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation costs are as follows:
More than 30 days prior to arrival- loss of deposit
Less than 30 days prior arrival- loss of total amount
Alterations and cancellations on our behalf
In the event that the property becomes unavailable (due to mechanical or constructional problems, an overbooking or dispute with the villa owner or authorities) we will endeavour to find you alternative accommodation within our portfolio of luxury properties, IF an alternative property is not available, you will be offered a full refund. Any refund is restricted to the villa hire costs and we cannot be held liable for any cancellation or administrative charges for travel arrangements etc
Arrivals and Departures
To ensure the villa is at an acceptable level of cleanliness, cleaners must be afforded time to clean the villa. Therefore, you may not arrive at the property earlier than 4pm on the day your rental period begins. The property must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. In the event that a late checkout or early check in is required your booking agent must be notified and this can be confirmed 36 hrs prior to your departure and/or this can be arranged during your booking process. Late check outs are at the discretion of the property owner or the property manager and cannot be confirmed in advance unless it is paid for. This request may incur an extra cost.
Pets
Our vacation rentals are pet-friendly and pets are permitted only upon prior request and approval, for an additional fee determined by us. Any additional charges per pet or additional costs of cleaning (where applicable) are also listed next to the property. Pet owners are responsible for their pets and removal and disposal of their waste. It is also strictly fobidden to leave permitted pets in the properties unattended. If a pet is found on premises without a permission granted by us, we are allowed to request the removal of the pet with immediate effect. The Guests will have no claim against us for reimbursement of rental amount paid. We assume no liability for any illness and / or injury to pets during their stay. Guest Behaviour & Activities
Guests shall not use or bring with them any illegal substances, inflammable fluids, or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, or property. Guests are prohibited from using the property for any illegal or immoral purposes. If we evidence that Guests are misusing the property for the above reasons, they may be asked to vacate the property and they will not be entitled to any refund. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately and request you to depart from the property with immediate effect if any of the Guests contract Coronavirus or any other pandemic disease. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately and request you to depart from the property with immediate effect if any of the Guests, violate our rules regarding noise pollution by disturbing the peace from 11 p.m. until 6 a.m. in the morning
Liability and Insurance:
We highly recommend having travel insurance before making a booking in order to able to claim from your insurance company in case of cancellation from your behalf for any reason.We do not accept liability for any personal injury, loss of life, damage, loss or accident to personal property. Visitors are advised to ensure their own insurance covers any loss or damage to personal property during their stay and to ensure personal and travel insurance is taken out.
