On December 6th and 7th, we welcome our eighth and final award-winning chef for 2022, Jordi Artal, from Spain for the Sky Stars culinary event at Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort.
The self-taught Spanish Michelin chef Jordi Artal, attained two Michelin stars from his restaurant 'Cinc Sentits' (Five Senses) and as is the name of his restaurant, his philosophy is to stimulate each of the five taste sensations (sweetness, bitterness, sourness, saltiness and umami).
