On Wednesday and Thursday, October 26th and 27th, we welcome our seventh award-winning chef Nicolas Isnard from France for the Sky Stars culinary event at Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort.
Born in the south of France, the award-winning chef Nicolas Isnard began his gastronomic adventure by cooking from a young age. He cultivated his own culinary sensibilities throughout the years and within a year of opening the restaurant he co-owns in 2009 L'Auberge de la Charme, he earned a Michelin star. He continues to explore a food philosophy and create novel flavour combinations with provincial and local produce.
Nicolas Isnard will be presenting dishes exclusively for all that attend, inspired by traditional French cuisine while also using fresh Cypriot products from the area of Agios Georgios, Pegeia.
