The Portuguese chef Louis Anjos and his team attained one Michelin star just six months after the opening of the AL SUD restaurant, located in the Clubhouse of the Palmares Ocean Living & Golf resort.
Chef Louis is passionate about Portuguese cuisine and his cooking style is heavily influenced by traditional recipes and he always strives to use local ingredients.
